Hi,

I have created user profile service and its connection successfully (its shows me AD record while populating on connection).

but as I click "Start profile Synchronization" or configure synchronization timer job---> Run now

nothing is working "Status is IDLE" (below is the image).. I am using Single server Farm and AD is on other machine

(both are VM)

Hi,

Is there any error message?

Please search user in the "Manage User Profiles" page to check whether the user profiles have be imported.

Have you tried refreshing page after starting the Full Synchronization? Please wait for a while and then refresh the page, see if the status is changed.

Perform IISRESET on all servers, compare the results.

If the issue still occurs, please check the ULS logs for more information about it.
