Actually we would like to decommission few servers from our Sharepoint 2013 farm. Currently we do have 2 app servers, 2 front end servers, 2 office web app servers and 1 SQL server. We would like to make 2 app servers as one and 2 front servers as 1 and 2 office web app servers as 1.

Currently we have around 3000 users accessing our Sharepoint sites. In general 300 to 400 users access our intanet application per day. Kindly let me know the suggestible action for the above scenario.

I don't recommend moving from a highly available environment to -- not, but you would just run the Config Wizard on each SharePoint server you want to remove from the farm and select the option to remove them.

For OWA, you would run the cmdlet Remove-OfficeWebAppsMachine.

Don't forget about the load balancer in front of SharePoint/OWA to remove those connections, as well.
