Then have a try with the methods as below:

1. Go to Control Panel-Programs and Features, right click the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable and Change-Repair them
2. Go to Control Panel-Programs and Features, right click the VS 2015 and change-repair
3. Uninstall the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable and re-install
4. Complete uninstall the VS 2015 and delete the folders, remove the registry keys and download VS 2015 ISO file to install
