Is there an update for the Visual C++.Net version 2003? I'm trying the programs in the book and I'm getting all kinds of errors. I don't have the original disk(s) anymore. I do have Visual Studio 2017 & 2019, but I want to see them work, before trying anything more daring. And even the book doesn't mention some of it.
