I am the EPM admin in my company, and lately we are having a serious problem - the Publish function doesn't work (It used to work great)

When Publishing new Project to the web - I can see the Project in the Project list But when trying to view the project (from the web access) I get the error - "There is no information to display in this view". I tried to change view - still teh same error.

Also the resource availability in the resource tab is not updated accordingly

It's been a while since I've troubleshot 2003.  I assume you've checked both the queue and the ULS logs?

First thing I'd also check is security.  If security settings were changed, that may result in what you're seeing.  Also check your account to confirm it's still in the right categories, the RBS hasn't been modified, etc.
