Hello Experts. I have a Project Server 2013 issue as follows: we are seeing the task "Notes" field in the PWA site being cut off and, instead of the older notes, we see wierd characters such as "05-30-13 SDP1.  Updated the ones that we coul@?"" or "[Pa??".  If we check out the Project and view the notes they are all there but not in PWA. Has anyone seen such a thing? Thanks very much for any help or direction.
