We're using Project Server 2010 Online and noticed the queue stuck today and that it hasn't processed anything for 4 days including the queue cleanup. Since we don't have direct access to the server is there another way to restart the services?

We've tried to cancel the jobs and force check in the projects and nothing appears to working at all. Any suggestions?

are you sure that you see the first entries in the queue (ID 1 and following)? There might be an earlier Job that you do not see because of the filtering, that is "getting enqueued" and might have to be canceled.

如果不是这种情况,则必须在Office365管理中打开一个问题。

If this is not the case, you will have to open an issue in Office365 Administration.
