Hi!
I can not get Mssms to start since I installed Management studio 18 built  15.0.18118.0. 

如何修复或安装旧版本？

How can I fix it or shall install an older version ?

From your description, could you please try to uninstall and reinstall SSMS 18.0? You can uninstall it from Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Feature. If it is not work, you can vote for the feedback items. Or you can install SSMS 17.9.1, if you don't need to use the new features in SSMS 18.0.
