We created a form on SharePoint where two of the fields are People and Groups columns. Once you start typing the name of a person within the company or the name of an external user with a SharePoint access, a dropdown list is populated with all users with that name.

However I have one external user that is using the form but once he starts typing the name of a person no information is generating. Even if he types the email address he is not able to save the form and the email address disappears.

We thought this was a browser issue and asked him to try using different browsers but he still has the same issue.
