I can't find any trace of this error online. Every piece of documentation says 2008 R2 SP1 (ie, version 6.1.xxx) is supported to be migrated, but it seems like this is telling me it's not. Has anybody seen anything like this before?

Can you please confirm the BIOS of your VM's ? You can check the Boot environment using following steps

1）按Win + R>键入 msinfo32 并按Enter键。

1) Press Win + R > type msinfo32 and press Enter.

2）查找BIOS模式条目。

2) Look for BIOS Mode entry.
