Config& inbuilt-Process服务器处于连接状态。健康状态。

We've initiated the replication for one of the on-premise VMs & its stuck @ 0% since last 12 hours.
Config & inbuilt-Process server are in connected & healthy state.

within config server's eventvwr it shows;
