• Is there an option/configuration that enables the user to failover a VM without turning it on (keep it shutdown)
• How is the failover handled for a GRS recovery vault in case of a disaster in the primary region?

Q1）  默认情况下， Site Recovery为目标VM选择与源VM相同的大小。如果匹配的尺寸不可用，则会自动选择最接近的尺寸
