I'm looking on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/office/developer/sharepoint-2010/bb862071(v=office.14) for guidance on how to use the correct formula syntax to calculate a column but I'm getting a range or errors including "Sorry, something went wrong. The formula contains a syntax error or is not supported." Leading me to believe I'm not on a SharePoint site but I am so left a little dazed and confused.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction!

I want to create a column/field that will conglomerate numerous other fields entered beforehand into one.

This is the formula I have which is working...

=[Field1]&[Field2]&[Field3]&[Field4]

The result of this formula looks like this...

BluePinkYellowGreen

However, this is what I'm after...

Comment 1: Blue
Comment 2: Pink
Comment 3: Yellow
Comment 4: Green

So I want to add some custom text (in this case the txt "Comment 1" in front of the actual field that was returned. I also want to add some carriage returns so that each field lives on its own line.

Just working with one field to test adding a custom txt prefix, this is the formula I created based on Microsoft's resource I shared earlier which is not working...

="Comment 1: "&TEXT([field1])

What is wrong with the code above, can someone help?
