But Sharepoint2013 on D365 givens me result as 20,000% instead of 200%(which is required if I use total=10 and consumed=5). All columns have decimal point 1. and calculated column is also shown as percentage.

I think its because you formatted the column as a percentage.  That automatically takes a fraction and multiplies it by 100 for display.  Just remove the '*100' from the formula and you should get what you want.
