After two months working fine, the HTTPS listener is failing on our Application Gateway. The cert and domain are fine. The browsers frequently spin forever waiting for connections to finish.  We confirmed the web server behind the gateway is working fine by using a browser directly against it's public IP.

Using a network sniffer, we see many re-transmits between browsers and the gateway VIP when requests get 'stuck'.

Restarting the AG has not helped. The issue started over the weekend (perhaps some Azure maintenance caused the problem). We're likely on a bad SSL offload card or something. Help.
