No, it is not integrated with Azure Key Vault. Currently it is on roadmap in Microsoft list for planning to support SSL certificates stored in Key Vault secrets for listeners and backend HTTP settings on Application Gateway.

However, you can configure an application gateway with SSL termination using the Azure portal. But you can’t integrate with key-vault. See this
