one application server in my sharepoint 2013 farm generates this error like every 5 mins:

I know the referred certificate is used by sharepoint web service site in IIS. checked the certificate store by MMC, nothing seems wrong. this certificate seems being created by SharePoint when installed!?

This issue has been solved by adding sp admin account to secure store service apps because it was not accessible earlier due to permission unavailability. since i added admin account, i got to access it and there is no more this errors in event viewer.
