We have two document libraries(suppose TestLib1 & TestLib2), when a new file added to TestLib1 it required automatically copied to TestLib2 with new folder and add item under that folder using SharePoint Designer workflow 2013.

I am able to create a folder in TestLib2 but can't move the item to the newly created folder. Kindly provide workaround to get the requirement.

Hi,

To move an item, you have to use "Update item" and modify the Path and Name field.

The scenario is : 
- Create new folder in TestLib2

- Copy new item in TestLib2 

- Update the item created in TestLib2 and edit the Path and Name field.
  You need to find a way to find your copied item in your TestLib2

If your folder is "General", the value of Path and Name is   "General/[%Current Item:Name%]"

But, be careful on the "Find the List Item menu" because it can return multiple item. So you have to figure out how to copy your new item in testLib2 as an unique item.
