I have a strange problem that I hope someone can help with.

I was a student at a faculty and as such was given an email which I used to create an MS account.

I graduated and got employed at the same faculty. Our IT department canceled my old account and created a new one. However, both accounts have the same alias. I can still login into my MS accout, but when my superior tries to give me owner status for a resource group it links to the old email and I can't access it.

I hope someone can help me with this.
