We want to "capture a image" of a windows 2016 standard version.  Microsoft store only has a 2016 data center version.

We do not have any windows hyper-v on premise to convert ISOs to VHDs.  There are only VMWARE servers in this department.   Is there a easy to upload a vmware file then convert it within azure?  Note we need to keep the original VMWARE VM on premise as a fall back.
