Since it's not possible yet to sync multiple cloud endpoint cross region, I was wondering how workable it is to connect server endpoints from across the world to one cloud endpoint?
Does latency (above 300ms) have a big impact on file syncing?

Yes, it's possible to have server endpoints in other regions. There may be latency from anywhere outside the Azure data center to be above 300 ms, even relatively close.

But you could always create a large cache size in that remote site to avoid having to go the cloud as often for a file.
