We set up Azure file sync and tested it with one file share. Everything was syncing and so we added another file share (separate cloud endpoint, same server endpoint). That also worked. We added a third. It synced initially and all of the files are in our storage account.

Today I checked and the first and the third have a red exclamation point under health. When you click for more information, the server endpoint says 'no activity'. Download and upload status is green and no further information on why the sync is no longer happening. There is no indication of another attempted sync scheduled. Last one was at midnight last night. There are no files that are listed as 'not syncing'.
