I have created a LUIS app in Europe region using the URL https://eu.luis.ai. Using the same account, I have created a Cognitive Service(LUIS) in Azure(West Europe and North Europe regions). But I am not able to map the key to my LUIS app, as tenant id is not listing. Any help on this is appreciated.

Could you please re-check if the user you logged in with for both the portals are with the same email id? Also try to ensure that you are logged into both the portal simultaneously as mentioned in this SO forum.
