We are developing a Chat Bot using Azure and the resources for the bot are loading when we log into Azure and QnA maker but not when we log into LUIS, the resources just don't display at all.

Can you let us know what exactly you mean by resources are not displaying? Your bot app will be available on azure while your LUIS app which integrates with the bot will be the app visible in the LUIS portal. Please elaborate in detail so that we can help you.
