So I messed up.  I created a Sync Group in the database that I wanted to sync, instead of choosing the blank database I created for sync metadata.  Then I deleted the Sync Group, wanting to right my wrong.  Here's where I made things worse... I noticed the delete didn't clean up all the extra tables and procedures in my database, so I manually removed them.

Now I can no longer create a Sync Group.  It fails to create and always has the wrong database selected for the Sync Metadata database, which I can't change.

I also tried running the DeprovisioningUtil, but it just says the current database is not provisioned for sync.
