我正在使用SharePoint Designer 2013和平台类型：SharePoint 2010 Workflow。  

I'm using SharePoint Designer 2013 with Platform type: SharePoint 2010 Workflow.  

我有一个列表工作流程而不是在列表上运行（在项目创建上），它包含一个步骤，即在文档库中创建项目。   工作流程运行并且没有任何错误消息，我看到了我的日志声明但是当我在浏览器中查看时，文档中没有创建项目

I have a list workflow than runs on a list (on item create) that consists of one step which is to create an item in a document library.   The workflow runs and doesn't have any error messages and I see my log statement BUT there is no item created in the doc ly when I view in the browser.  I checked the list's Workflow History list and no errors in there either. 

我打开了SharePoint Designer，我可以看到我在文档库中创建的两个文档。 我确保我的所有文档视图中没有过滤器。 

I opened up SharePoint Designer and I can see my two documents that were created in the document library.  I made sure that my All Documents view had no filters on it. 

我检查了另一个使用"创建列表项"的列表。动作及其相关的文档库我注意到它显示了文档和Forms文件夹。  当我查看我的新文档库时，它显示了表单文件夹
和"不可见"文件夹。文件加上一个标题为1的附加文件夹，其中没有任何内容。 

I checked another list that I used the "Create List Item" action on and its associated document library and I noticed that is shows the documents and the Forms folder.   When I look at my new document library it's showing the forms folder and the "invisible" documents plus an additional folder titled 1 with nothing in it.

So wondering what's going on.
