I have a SharePoint Calendar list that is use for create courses, and then I have another list call course attendees that is use to register for courses once created. The attendee list doing a dialogue via script to reference the course ID, then associate the course with registration information.

I will like to be able to update the attendee field which is on the  course list, each time the user submits the registration information via the course attendee list with the email address of the user without remove the previous user email address, but to put them all in one field so that I can use that field to send a mass email to all registrants.
