Please pardon my Sharepoint Knowledge as I have started Sharepoint Designing & Dev just 3 days ago.

Scenaio: There is a list "A", upon creating an item in list "A" following action need to take place:

Issue: I am able to create the Master Task and the 5 Tasks but not able to make the 5 tasks related to the Master Task and hence all the 6 tasks appear at the same level without any hierarchy.

Per my knowledge, creating sub task is just available in Task list UI.

主任务和子任务使用相同的内容类型，可以通过名为ParentID的隐藏查找列来区分它们.

Master task and sub task use the same content type and they can be distinguished by a hidden lookup column named ParentID.

作为一种解决方法，我建议您在此列表中添加一个新列，例如带有yes/no选项的choice列，以区分主任务和子任务.

As a workaround, I suggest you adding a new column to this list such as choice column with yes/no option to distinguish the master task and sub task.
