From my research i figured out that what i needed could be done with the impersonation step which sadly is no longer available in SPD 2013.

For SPD 2013 workflows you need Workflow manager. SharePoint 2013 workflow requires Windows Workflow Foundation 4, for this we need WF manager in SP 2013. Without workflow manager you can only create 2010 workflows. SharePoint 2010 workflow requires Windows Workflow Foundation 3 which automatically install with SP 2013.
