锁定O365管理员门户 [英] Locked out of O365 Admin Portal

我们已停用  < g class =" gr_ gr_99 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace"数据-GR-ID =" 99" id =" 99"> ADconnect< / g>  昨天同步
服务，因为我们的本地AD服务器已关闭，之后这样做，  我们无法在管理员门户网站上执行CURD操作，最后，  我们无法看到o365的admin
门户网站。我们已经在o365门户网站上提出了一张名为微软的门票，以获得支持，但尚无人解决我们的问题。

以管理员身份打开PowerShell

为Azure Active目录安装Microsoft Online模块：

 Install-Module -Name MSonline 
 

提供凭证

msolcred = get-credential

连接帐户

 connect-msolservice -credential 

msolcred

查找状态同步

（Get-MSOLCompanyInformation）.DirectorySynchronizationEnabled 

如果状态显示为"False"，则将其设置为true以下cmdlet

 Set-MsolDirSyncEnabled -EnableDirSync

We disabled <g class="gr_ gr_99 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="99" id="99">ADconnect</g> Sync
 service yesterday as our on-prem AD server was down, after doing it, we were not able to perform CURD operation on Admin portal and at last, we are not able to see admin
 portal of our o365. we have raised a ticket on an o365 portal, called Microsoft for support, but no one has resolved our issue yet.

Hi,
You can check the status as follows:
Open PowerShell as administrator

Install Microsoft Online module for Azure Active directory:

Install-Module -Name MSonline
Provide credentials

msolcred = get-credential

Connect the account

connect-msolservice -credential

msolcred

Find the status of sync

(Get-MSOLCompanyInformation).DirectorySynchronizationEnabled

If the status shows 'False' make it true with the following cmdlet

Set-MsolDirSyncEnabled -EnableDirSync
