We are looking into options available with no downtime in search while migrating content from 2010 to o365. Hybrid setup came into picture. Can anyone tell if its possible to show results from 2010 and o365 sites in o365 search center. As far as I searched its not possible, but we need to have 2013/2016 box & then we can provision search service in that box and configure it to crawl 2010 box and the content index will be added to o365 DB. Please advice
