I've been able to learn of one particular build, 10.0.14262, capable of supporting the Pi 7" display including touch.  I've installed the build 10.0.17661 that works on Pi 3 B+ (mostly.) However I haven't found anyone addressing both.

17661 for Raspberry Pi 3 B+ disable the Ft5406 touch screen driver so it will not be working. Refer to "Known issues in this build"
