I am new to Cloud Storage and need to design a Disaster Recovery Plan for my client who is having 10 Workstations running Windows 10.

We need to provide them the solution to have their daily files synced and accessible within their LAN and at the same time device a procedure for their business continuity. And in case of any disaster their data can be recovered without much loss.

Depending upon your on premise environment you can either choose Azure Backup or Azure Site Recovery for DR purpose. If your intent is to only back up the files, then Azure backup agent (MARS) would be a good fit.
