Yesterday, I received an email from Azure that one of our Azure site recovery vaulted VM's was in a critical state.  The alert stated, "No crash consistent recovery point available for the VM in the last 60 minutes."   and "The data change rate(churn) for the virtual machine has exceeded the Azure Site Recovery supported limits".  The email provided guidance that led me to the "Site Recovery deployment planner for Hyper-V disaster recovery to Azure" guide to produce analysis.

I downloaded and installed the deployment planning tool on the Hyper-V host that was in question. Then, I ran the following commands:

Are you able to connect to that VM ? Are there any specific networking rules blocking requests to it ? I'd highly recommend checking the NSG rules Let me know if this helps.
