My colleague is getting email on daily basic from SharePoint 2010 site but he doesn't know where the email is coming from and how to disable it.

Number of people are getting this email but more than half of these user don't even work in the company anymore.

Your email may be triggered from SharePoint list or libraries. Please click on the link if there is any to find out the actual list name/library name.
