I am getting this error for the default echo chat bot that I have created fresh on Azure. Downloaded the source code and attempting a publish. Please note that the build and connection test all work fine. Its when I am trying to do a publish is when it fails with the following error. The code has not been modified and is straight from the portal.

Is it a permission issue somehow? Any idea?

ok...this is the error when I run it from the cmd line

    An assembly specified in the application dependencies manifest (BasicBot.deps.json) was not found:

      path: 'lib/netstandard1.4/Microsoft.Azure.CognitiveServices.ContentModerator.dll'

Any ideas?
