I have developed any analytics bot using azure bot service. It works fine for myself using Teams, web chat and Cortana. How to I publish this bot to other users in organization for Cortana channel? Looks like azure bot service portal is changed lot since earlier documentation. I don't see anywhere Manage/discovery section in Cortana channel properties.

There are two ways (but really the same way). If you are in the Channels blade of Azure Portal, Edit Cortana channel and then click on the embedded "group publish" tab.  Share the link to access the bot with the group. Or, while it is still active, visit https://my.knowledge.store/workspace and publish to group via the publish blade.
