I installed sharepoint 2010 on windows machine  successfully . but sp2010 management shell is not working. on opening getting error

SharePoint 2010 can use only PowerShell version 2.0: Windows 10 includes a more recent version of PowerShell, therefore all the SharePoint cmdlets are not available thus the error message displayed.
Create a shortcut to the Windows PowerShell executable file (by default, in Windows 10 it is located in the "C:\Users\jatinahuja\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Windows PowerShell" folder) on your desktop, right-click it and select Properties: add the "-Version 2.0" string in the "Target" field and click OK; run again Windows PowerShell by double clicking that shortcut and you should be able to see all the SharePoint cmdlets.
Anyway, I'm not sure SharePoint 2010 is supported in Windows 10, but I can tell you for sure that you can install it on Windows 7, provided that you do some preliminary actions: I wrote an article about that.
