Just had a chat with someone from support about this, apparently it's a known issue, but our website backups from the last two days have ended in failure with the following message in the log:

Just wanted to mention it in case others don't realize their backups may not be working at the moment.  I wasn't given a cause or resolution, just "check back in a week".  We'll be doing manual nightly backups until this is hopefully resolved.
