I am trying to create Alert on Azure IoT Hub with Activity Type as Metrics, and I don't see the same in "Add Condition" while doing Create Rule. Activity Type Metrics is available for Event Hub - why is this difference, when  All Activity Type will be available for all Azure Resources.

Where do we find list of Azure Resources which do not have Activity Type as Metrics available in Alerts section. Similar to Azure IoT Hub, App Service also do not have Metrics available
