This error is likely because you are running multiple versions of Microsoft Office on the same computer. The solution is to make sure you are running only one version of Office.
Install a 32 bit version office instead of 64 bit version office.
Ensure you are using 32-bit versions of Internet Explorer.
Meanwhile, make sure the Web Client service is started.
add the SharePoint 2013 site to the compatibility view in the Internet Explorer:
Tools > Compatibility View settings->Add your SharePoint website to the compatibility view. Or check the box "display all websites in compatibility view".
