Seriously, though, one of the main value propositions of Casablanca is the down-level OS support, and we intend not to undermine that. XP is one of our top priorities, but not number 1.

We've focused on getting the release out on CodePlex, which we have accomplished. Now, our attention will turn (for a month or two) to readying the library for inclusion in the next version of Visual Studio, in which it will be an integrated (but replaceable) part. After that, we will continue to add features and functionality to the CodePlex repository, and then XP will be one of our top priorities. Adding SSL-support for HTTP on Linux is another, as well as Windows Phone 8 support. Client-side certs is a smaller feature that we also know we need to add. Getting some of the server-side features back in the SDK and WebSocket support are some other features we're looking at adding.
