Just some quick questions...

Is it possible to use the Kinect as part of a system which could be used in a commercial setting?
Is using the supplied APIs for the Kinect acceptable in a commercial setting?
Are there are any restrictions on the commercial use of the Kinect sensor?
And is there a commercial license for the Kinect SDK that I need to know about, I can't seem to find one...

This is all in regards to creating software that uses the Kinect for Xbox One (with adapter).

Kinect for Windows v2 as a separate product is no longer being sold. The same applies for the original product (Kinect For Windows v2) and Kinect for Xbox One + adapter (this is actually a difference from the v1 SDK) 

SDK 2.0 end-user license agreement is linked in the Kinect FAQ page.

in short: there are no restrictions for commercial use (besides targeting Windows if using the SDK - see EULA)
