When I use WEDU to scan for Windows Updates, I don't see any updates after December 2016.  Also, when I check for updates using Windows Update, I don't see any updates after December 2016.  Are Windows updates still being provided?

I would raise the issue directly to Microsoft. Running Windows Update directly on the target is the best work around solution.
