When im using Visual Studio it pops a notification saying that my extended trial is about to expire but i had set up an account on dreamspark and verified my enrollment at my university and it is not allowing me to obtain a license.

Im taking summer courses and its pretty intense i really need to have visual studio on my pc at home.

As a Dreamspark student, you should be able to get access to a Visual Studio product key through the dreamspark program. 

Try https://www.dreamspark.com/student/support.aspx or try contacting your Professor or dreamspark administrator at your school that set you up with your Dreamspark subscription.
