I'm working with a Visio 2017 document that contains multiple tabs with floor plans. The floor plans are linked to a SQL Server 2012 database. The floor plans have a number of shapes with the location numbers in them. These shapes are NOT linked to data. However, occasionally a user will open the floor plan and these shapes will have data linkages and will be showing the name of the person who's in that location (that's the info that comes from the database). So basically, each location will have the name of person occupying it TWICE, once in the location itself (correct) and once outside the location where the location number is supposed to be. It's possible for one person to open the floor plan and see this effect, and another person at the same time can open the floor plan and NOT see it. It also happens that everything looks fine until the user refreshes the data, and then this effect is seen. Can you think of what could be causing this? I don't see any update conflicts. If it would be helpful for me to send the file, I can do that; just let me know where I should send it to. Thanks!

Is the Visio drawing shared for multiple users? I notice that the issue happens to one user and no issue when another user open the Floor Plan. Please confirm if the issue happens to one specific user.

Additionally, please take a screenshot about the correct drawing display and issue drawing display to us for better understanding of the issue.
