I want to create an application wherein a user can directly access the Microsoft Health Vault Application (the Live site)  if he is already logged in.

In this case , he should be able to view his health vault profile data through my application similar to logging in directly on the site.

Your application can use offline access to a user’s health record to avoid requiring the user to sign in to both the application and HealthVault. Using this, the user can sign in to the application and let the application interact with HealthVault without the user being authenticated there. Note that your application needs its own Application ID before it can use offline access. The sample applications in the SDK are not permitted to use offline access.
