Hello. I am the serveradmin. I can backup the user's hosting space as all the items including home folders, web sites and so on are listed below "Backup Summary". But I couldn't backup the system hosting space as nothing is displayed below "Backup Summary". After I click "Backup" button, a dialog which shows "Task has been finished" would appear immediately. And no file whose suffix is "wspak" is in my backup folder. What's the problem with my websitepanel? How to solve it? Thank you very much.

I have the same problem when backing up to a UNC path
If I backup to a local drive I just get -2402 and nothing else
