Our company has a Hardware Dev Center account since sevaral years and only a few months ago I used this to send in a driver certification submission. Now driver certification submissions have to go via the new Windows Dev Center Dashboard and are not longer accepted by the Hardware Dev Center dashboard.

It is however very important to be able to submit a new driver submission. All info I got so far always seemed to imply, that a Hardware Dev Center account would be useable seamlessly as Windows Dev Center account as well. However this is not the case and I always get some an irritating message, whenever I try to log in with my valid HDC credentials.
