The Windows 8 Developer package I have is a complete operating system + developer tools. Assuming that's what you mean, you can't "uninstall" it, as such.

If you installed it in a VHD (which I did), you can simply erase the file containing the VHD.

If you installed it on a partition, and you have another operating system installed, you could format the partition.

Don't forget to use BCDEDIT to remove its entry from the boot menu.

If it's the only operating system installed on the machine, you can install Windows 7 over the top - just pause at the point where you select the partition in which to install Windows, and delete all partitions.
